Sophie Rocks – Harpist

We’re thrilled to welcome Sophie back to this year’s ball.
Sophie will be performing hauntingly beautiful gothic harp music throughout the evening, setting the tone as you enjoy your 3 course meal by candlelight.

Professional photographers

Professional photographer to capture your evening. Photos taken by the entrance and inside the church. All digital images will be available to download 2-3 weeks after the event.

Vegan and vegetarian options are available. Meal choices and dietary requirements will be sent out in advance of the event.

Venue Accessibility

The venue has a ramp that can be put down on request, they have a lift for access to the church and an accessible WC.

Can I sit with my friends?

Yes! We’ll do our best to seat you together. Depending on your group size, you may have others at your table. We can accommodate groups of up to 12 at one table. We’ll be in touch before the event to collect your group info.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

We have a strict no-refund policy. However, booking protection is available through our ticketing site at the time of purchase, which may allow you to claim a refund under certain conditions. You may pass on or sell your ticket to someone else.

What’s the dress code?

Are you a ghost, vampire, or other beautifully undead? Channel your most decadent gothic attire – dramatic gowns, sharp suits, masks, and dark elegance encouraged.

Is the event 18+?

Yes, the ball is strictly for guests aged 18 and over.

What’s included in the ticket price?

Your ticket includes entry to the event, a welcome drink, entry photo (digital images will be available 2 weeks after the event), a three-course themed meal, live entertainment and an enchanting atmosphere all night long.

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes – there will be a cloakroom available for you to safely store coats, cloaks, and other items during the event.
