If your products align with these themes, you’re in the right place! Our events provide the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your unique items to an audience that loves all things eerie, fantastical, and futuristic.
Who We’re Looking For
We prioritise traders who specialise in the following areas:
Fantasy-Themed Products and Merchandise: Magical artefacts, mythical creatures, and enchanting artworks.
Horror and Halloween-Inspired Goods: From spine-chilling decor to terrifying costumes and accessories.
Sci-Fi and Futuristic Items: Futuristic gadgets, space-themed merchandise, and everything from the world of tomorrow.
Costumes, Props, and Special Effects: Jaw-dropping costumes, realistic props, and special effects that transport attendees into another realm.
If your products align with these categories, you will be given priority over those offering general event merchandise or items specifically made for the event.
Important Information for Traders
Public Liability Insurance: All traders must have valid public liability insurance to participate in our events. This is essential for both your safety and the safety of our attendees.
Space Confirmation: Please note that registration of interest does not guarantee a spot at our events. Spaces are confirmed only after booking, and all decisions on space allocations are final.
Interest Registration: Completing the form registers your interest only. You will receive an email notification once we have confirmed dates, venues, and reviewed your application to ensure it meets our criteria.
