Have you been mistreated by British Horror Studio?

đź“Ł If you, or someone you know, has been bullied by Lawrie Brewster, acting on behalf of British Horror Studio (Hex Studios, Amicus Productions and Fife Creative Studios), now is the time to speak up.đź“Ł

On Friday 7 March 2025, Lawrie Brewster posted false and misleading statements about my company, with the aim of causing financial and reputational damage.

  • He made the claims on behalf of his studio.

  • He posted information he knew was not true.

  • He deleted responses from others providing factual rebuttals.

  • He turned off comments to prevent further challenges.

As a result, I was obligated to publicly share verifiable evidence, on Saturday 8 March 2025, to disprove his claims. He had every opportunity to correct his post and take responsibility, but did not. Instead, he resorted to intimidation to try and make me take down my response.

I know others have had similar experiences with him:

  • He should not be deliberately misleading the public.

  • We should not be bullied into silence.

  • He should not intimidate people for telling the truth.

  • We should not allow his false narratives to go unchallenged.

Lawrie Brewster cannot bully us and then play the victim when we stand up for ourselves.

Many others have already come forward with their own experiences of intimidation, dishonesty, and bullying from Lawrie. If you’ve been affected by similar behavior, now is the time to speak up.

  • Bullying is never acceptable.

  • Spreading lies to hurt small businesses is deplorable.

  • Using intimidation when caught in a lie is desperate.

The role of "the biggest horror film studio in the UK" should be to support and uplift—not to bully and manipulate others when things don’t go their way. Those with influence and responsibility should be held to a higher standard, not allowed to tear others down for their own benefit.

Together we can make it stop.
